In our connected world, the issue of network security and privacy are garnering more and more attention by both businesses and individuals, as well as in the media. As more and more of our interaction is either via "digital medium" (i.e. e-mail, internet form submission, etc.) or is stored in digital form on a server somewhere, what happens to that data and how it is safeguarded from prying eyes is an issue that affects us all.

Network Audits
We will go through your entire network and check for common configuration errors and problems that can increase a networks vulnerability to attack. In addition, we'll make recommendations as to what can be done to minimize the liklihood of an attack as well as how to minimize damage should an attack occur.
Vulnerability Assessments
This service is similar to the Network Audit service above, with the difference being that this assessment is done from outside of your network, and is essentially a tool to determine the strength of your firewall or other network security safeguards that you may have in place. As with our Network Audit, we give you a detailed list of vulnerabilities and what can be done to minimize their impact.
System Hardening
The term "hardening" refers to the process in which a system or network is made more difficult to break into. This involves turning off services that are not needed, filtering traffic to and from the system, as well as going through the services that are needed one by one and ensuring that they are optimized to run as securely as possible.
Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS):
Intrusion detection systems are becoming a regular addition to enterprise networks. RB Technologies is highly trained and experienced in all facets of network security and intrusion detection, and can build a network intrusion detection system to fit your needs at a cost thousands of dollars less than a similar "out of the box" product.
